Hockey Canada’s Century Tour – CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS – CORNER BROOK

Hockey Canada is looking for volunteers to assist with Hockey Canada’s Century Tour taking place in Corner Brook on September 30th/October 1st at the Civic Centre (formally known as the Pepsi Centre), 1 Canada Games Place.

The Century Tour commemorates Hockey Canada’s 100th anniversary. It is an interactive hockey experience caravan that will visit approximately 100 communities across Canada. Fans visiting the Century Tour will be immersed in the excitement, history and energy that is Canadian hockey, including a state-of-the-art interactive timeline of milestone hockey moments and artifacts, programs and activities specifically developed for kids, families and newcomers to the game, and a celebration of both Team Canada and local community hockey leaders.

Hockey Canada is looking for volunteers to help make the event a success. If you, or anyone you know, may be interested in volunteering for a portion of the event, please email Cara-Leigh Wyllie (president@cbmha.ca) for more information. Volunteers will be needed on Tuesday, September 30th and Wednesday October 1st.
