Female & Male Under 13 High Performance Program Skills Development Camp – Information Package

Overview of Under 13 High Performance Camp:

The goal of the camp is to expose and teach skill development to our Female & Male Under 13 players at the High Performance level, as well as prepare them off the ice through fitness (warm-up[ & cool down) and classroom settings. Players will learn of the expectations of the Hockey NL High Performance Program and the process of Hockey Canada’s Program of Excellence. An on-ice emphasis will be put on ‘skill development’ to the specific player position.
