PROSPECTS DESCEND ON CHARLOTTETOWN FOR PRE-CANADA GAMES EVENT
(OCT 3-5 AT THE CARI COMPLEX)
The MacLauchlan Arena on the UPEI campus will play host to the Atlantic Regional branch Canada Games Male training teams from October 3-5, 2014. The four teams are preparing for the 2015 Canada Winter Games in February in Prince George, BC.
This Pre Canada Games tournament is being used by the four teams as they complete their evaluation process and prepare to select their final rosters for the Canada Games. In addition to the tournament games, all four provincial teams will practice while on site in Charlottetown. The men’s division of the Canada Games consist of players 16 years of age and under.

All games are open to the public and there is no admission. A 50-50 will be conducted for each game in support of KidSport PEI. All games will be streamed live courtesy of Bell Aliant.
The Provincial female teams will conduct their Pre-Canada Games event as part of the 2015 Atlantic Challenge Cup in Moncton on October 10-13.
