U13 ATLANTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS SET TO TAKE PLACE IN GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, NL

Tournament Scheduled from April 10-13, 2025

Grand Falls-Windsor, NL – The 2025 Under 13 Atlantic Championships are set to begin April 10^h in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. The event hosted by the Central Icepak and the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor is the premier tournament for U13 hockey in the Atlantic region. The event will feature teams from Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador, Hockey Nova Scotia, Hockey Prince Edward Island and Hockey New Brunswick.

The following teams will be competing on behalf of their respective hockey member branches:

Host: Central Ice Pak

Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador: Eastern Hitmen

Hockey New Brunswick: Southern Riptide

Hockey Nova Scotia: TASA Ducks

Hockey Prince Edward Island: Pownal Red Devils

“Our host committee has worked tirelessly to provide the best championship for all the players, coaches and parents”, stated Tournament Host, Chair, Tina Royle. “We are hosting the best young 11- and 12-year-olds in Atlantic Canada, and we hope fans will come out and watch some best-on-best hockey.”

The tournament will run at the Joe Byrne Memorial Stadium from Thursday, April 10^th concluding on Sunday, April 13th with the Bronze medal and Championship Games.

1:00 pm Eastern Hitmen (HNL) vs. TASA Ducks (HNS)

4:00 pm Southern Riptide (HNB) vs. Pownal Red Devils (HPEI)

7:00 pm Opening Ceremonies

7:30 pm TASA Ducks (HNS) vs. Central Ice Pak (HOST)

Friday, April 11th

10:00 am Pownal Red Devils (HPEI) vs Eastern Hitmen (HNL)

1:00 pm Central Ice Pak (HOST) vs. Southern Riptide (HNB)

4:00 pm Pownal Red Devils (HPEI) vs. TASA Ducks (HNS)

7:00 pm Eastern Hitmen (HNL) vs. Central Ice Pak (HOST)

Saturday, April 12^th
