The U18 Women’s National Championship heads to the qplex in Quispamsis, New Brunswick, from Nov. 3-9! Leah Wicks and Marissa Dawson are ready to represent Newfoundland and Labrador alongside Team Atlantic in a competition featuring eight provincial and regional teams—Alberta, Atlantic, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario Blue, Ontario Red, Quebec, and Saskatchewan—battling for gold and national bragging rights.

As Leah shares, “I am really excited to represent Newfoundland and Labrador at the 2024 Female U18 Canadian National Hockey Championship. It’s an honour to compete alongside my teammates from the Atlantic region and bring our best game to the ice.”

Marissa adds, “I am extremely grateful to be given the opportunity to compete on such a big stage and can’t wait for the tournament to start!”
