On behalf of Referee in Chief Ed Flood, we are please to announce that James Mitchell from Marystown has been selected as one of Hockey NL’s Official of the Month for December. He was nominated by his Referee In Chief who had great things to say about his work.  Please see below.

James is a very responsible, committed and confident official who is eager to improve upon his knowledge of his game. He is also reliable to show-up for his scheduled games or get a replacement if he is not able to make a game. He will often fill in for other officials who have work commitments.
