📢 Important Notice Regarding High School Hockey Participation

Hockey NL would like to clarify misinformation that may be circulating regarding High School Hockey registration for the 2026–27 season.

Hockey NL will continue to seek approval from Hockey Canada to allow players registered with Hockey NL U18 AAA teams, and other applicable divisions or categories, to also register and participate in school hockey, provided that both the school team and the respective minor/junior team permit such participation.

We hope this clarifies any confusion that may have arisen from information shared through other sources.

Anyone with questions regarding player participation eligibility or restrictions for the 2026–27 season is encouraged to contact their respective league, Hockey NL member association, or school for further information.
