He always shows up early, and whenever you ask if he’s available to cover a game on short notice, his response is always, ‘What needs to be done?’This season, Jayden has stepped into a mentorship role at Southern Shore Minor, consistently offering encouragement and support to our newer officials. He is always eager to learn, and his positive attitude helps make the officials around him better.”
