Hockey Canada will be offering the We Are Coaches (women-only) National High Performance 1 (HP1) Seminar this spring/summer. The program is designed to increase the number of women certified to coach at the highest levels and is delivered at no cost to participants through support from the Hockey Canada Foundation. A maximum of 30 coach delegates will be selected (20 Member-nominated and up to 10 through open application).

May 22–24, 2026 – National Virtual Delivery
Six mandatory modules and keynote speaker
Mandatory attendance for WAC HP1 coach delegates

June 18–21, 2026 – National HP1 In-person Seminar
Calgary, AB
Includes mandatory HP1 modules, additional professional development sessions, and networking opportunities
