March’s Virtual Coaching Conference features Don MacAdam, a highly experienced coach with
a global background across collegiate, professional, and international hockey.
He will discuss playoff preparation, communication, and skill development, with
a focus on building strong habits, team alignment, and season execution.

About Don MacAdam:
  • Built a foundation in Canadian university hockey, progressing from Assistant Coach to
    Head Coach with the New Brunswick Varsity Reds and leading the program for nearly a decade
  • Reached the highest levels of North American hockey as GM/Head Coach of the
    Soo Greyhounds and Assistant Coach with the Detroit Red Wings
  • Brought decades of professional coaching experience as a Head Coach in
    the AHL and other pro leagues, including the Cape Breton Oilers and New Haven Senators,
    along with roles as a general manager and franchise owner
  • Developed a global coaching impact with leadership roles in Japan and Europe,
    and contributed to international hockey as Head Coach and President of Hockey Operations with Hungary’s national program
