Clarenville, NL – The 2019 Bantam AAA Female Atlantic Championships are set to begin April 4^th in Clarenville, NL. The event hosted by the Clarenville Minor Hockey Association is the premier tournament for Female Bantam hockey in the Atlantic region. The event will feature teams from Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador, Hockey Nova Scotia, Hockey Prince Edward Island and Hockey New Brunswick.

The following teams will be competing on behalf of their respective hockey branches:

Host: Tri Pen Ice

Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador: Central Icepak

Hockey New Brunswick: NB East Bantam Rockets

Hockey Nova Scotia: Fundy Highland Subway Selects

Hockey Prince Edward Island: Western Wind

 “Our host committee has worked tremendously hard to provide a first-class experience for the participating players, coaches and parents”, stated Tournament Host Co-Chair, Edgar Balsom “This is a great opportunity to showcase the best of the best in Atlantic Female Bantam hockey, the communities of the Clarenville region are honored to host such a prestigious event”.

The tournament will run from Thursday, April 4^th concluding on Sunday, April 7^th with the Bronze and Gold Medal games.
