We are thrilled to announce the sixth year of the BFL CANADA Women in Coaching Award program, launching on December 1st, 2024! This program celebrates the incredible women coaches who inspire and lead the next generation of athletes across all levels.

Program Highlights: Community Coach: Women coaching athletes who play and compete in divisions without a National Championship (e.g., U7-U15 House League)
Competitive Coach: Women coaching athletes eligible for National Championships or Provincial Excellence Programs (e.g., U15-U18 AAA, Sport Schools)
High Performance Coach: Women coaching athletes competing at USports, Junior Hockey, or Professional levels
