The Clarenville Caribous won their first game of the round robin of the 2013 Allan Cup Championship in Reed Deer, Alberta.

The Caribous trounced the Fort St John Flyers 9-3 yesterday on the strength of 6 power play goals, 5 of which were on one five minute advantage earlier in third period.  Goal Scorers were Dale Sullivan (2), Chris Hulit (2), Ryan Delaney (2) Matt Quinn (2) and a single marker from Andrew Sweetland.

The Bous will now play the Stony Plain Eagles of Alberta tonight in their last round robin game at 7:30 pm NL time
