CARIBOUS TO BEGIN PLAY IN ALLAN CUP

The Clarenville Caribous will play their first game in the 2013 Allan Cup Championship in Red Deer, Alberta today against the Fort Saint John Flyers from BC representing the Pacific Region at 7:30 pm NL time. The six team tournament kicked off yesterday. The Caribous second round robin game is slated for Wednesday, April 17th at the same time against the Stony Plain Eagles of Alberta.
The Caribous are the Atlantic Region representatives and are competing in their third Allan Cup in four years, while winning the National Senior AAA Championship in 2011.
