The Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts won 3 -2 in overtime to eliminate  the Corner Brook Royals in four straight games and  claim their 13 Herder Memorial Trophy.   Cam Fergus, series MVP (Cliff Gorman Memorial Award), scored the game winner late in the first overtime period and  sent the home towns fans in a frenzy at the Joe Byrne Memorial Stadium.   This is the Cataracts third title in five years and a back to back title.  Cataracts will now participate in the 2015 Allan Cup National Senior AAA Championship along with the host team the Clarenville Caribous.  The historic national championship will be played from April 13-19, 2015 and will feature six regional teams.
