Attention Coaches!

Hockey NL is hosting a Coach 1 – Mandatory In-Class Clinic for coaches looking to build their coaching skills and qualifications!

Date: Saturday, November 16, 2025
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (NST)
Location: Twillingate Island Elementary School/George Hawkins Arena, 76 Main Street, Twillingate, NL A0G 4M0, CA

Agenda:

  • In-Class Session: 9:00-11:00am & 1:00-2:00pm
  • On-Ice Session: 11:30am-12:30pm

Key Information:

  • Prerequisite:

    • Must have completed the Screening and Vulnerable Sector Check

    • Must have completed Pathway U-7 or U-9 Course (or both)

    • In order to be on the ice with the U-7 and/or U-9 players Coaches MUST be C-1 Trained.
  • Mandatory Equipment: Coaches must bring their on-ice coaching gear and a copy of the Coach 1 Workbook
  • Age Requirement: 16+
  • Capacity: 1-35
  • Cost: $20.00
