Hockey Canada is celebrating its 100th Anniversary with a “Century Tour” coming to communities across Canada. The Century Tour will be making its stop in St. John’s on Saturday September 27th and Sunday September 28th at the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre (Sportsplex) on Crosbie Road. The Century Tour has something of interest for all hockey fans and is an interactive and informative way for local hockey fans to have some fun and feel a part of our proud history.

This 54 foot double wide trailer is an interactive hockey festival on wheels that includes features such as:

· An interactive history of hockey and highlights over the past century featuring video highlights and hockey artifacts

· An inflatable hockey rink and nets

· An NHL broadcast booth

· An interactive green screen featuring the men’s and women’s Olympic teams

The Century Tour is open from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 AM to 4:0 PM on Sunday. Come out for some fun and celebrate Hockey Canada’s birthday.
