Hockey NL Pleased to Welcome Seth Browne

GRAND FALLS WINDSOR, NL – Hockey NL is pleased to welcome Seth Browne, a Memorial University Newfoundland Business Student to its staff for the 2022 Winter Session. The Grand Falls-Windsor native joins the office staff as part of the MUN Cooperative Education Program.
Browne will serve the role as Coordinator, Accounting and Marketing. He will manage the accounts receivables, accounts payable, and support the Audit and Finance Committee in its operational role. He will also expand on the marketing initiatives and content within the organization to help the provincial Marketing and Communications Committee grow and promote the organization.
The entire Hockey NL family is excited to have Seth assisting with day-to-day operational tasks and providing an environment for his personal development in his respective educational field. Browne will be working out of the branch office in Grand Falls Windsor.
Hockey NL also announced today some revised job titles for two staff. Chad Brinson’s title will be renamed from Technical Director to Manager, Development and High Performance. Tamar Hobbs title will become Senior Manager, Operations. Both Human Resource revisions align with Hockey Canada and many branches across Canada and better reflects their current roles with the organization.
Hockey NL is the governing body for organized hockey in Newfoundland and Labrador. Hockey NL’s primary function is to grow, promote, develop, supervise, regulate, and govern the sport of amateur hockey throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. Its mission statement is To Foster a Safe, Fun and Inclusive Hockey Experience.
