About Dean Seymour:

  • Dean Seymour, from Saskatoon, starred with the Yorkton Terriers in the SJHL before earning a hockey scholarship to Northern Michigan University.
  • After college, Dean played nine years of pro hockey in the U.S., Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, highlighted by an invite to the 2001 Spengler Cup.
  • Dean now lives in Calgary, where he is the Manager of NextGen/Player Development at Hockey Canada, focusing on maximizing coach and player development. He also consults for the Calgary Flames in player development.
  • In his spare time, Dean enjoys mountain air, golfing, and spending time with his wife Erinn and their two sons, Ben and Max.
