On behalf of Referee in Chief Ed Flood, we are pleased to announce that Josh Stacey (Grand Falls Windsor Minor) has been been selected as one of our Officials of the Month for October.  Josh had a great tournament at the Atlantic Challenge Cup in Moncton, where his efforts earned him a gold medal assignment.  Josh has been working very hard on his game since his return from the ACC as he strives to get better each day.   He is coachable which makes it very easy to work with him.
