Liam Hickey who is only 15 years old has made it through the first round in making Team Canada’s National Sledge Hockey Team.

The National Sledge Team training camp will be taking place in Halifax, Nova Scotia October 20-27, 2013.

They started with 30 players in this camp a few weeks ago in Toronto and are now down to the final 22. From this group of players, they will name the players in January who will represent Canada at the next Paralympic Games.
