Mark Smith, Director of Coaching for Sport Nova Scotia and the Canadian Sport Center -Atlantic & head coach of Canada’s women’s national softball team will deliver an interactive session called “Why Teams Win”. Mark is entering his 17th season as a professional coach at the international level and 14th season as a head coach. He has coached over 230 games at the international level and has a wealth of coaching experiences and knowledge to share.

This session will require coaches to bring a pen, writing paper and a clipboard and will involve discussion/feedback from the coaches in attendance.
