The AAA Midget provincial championship will be held in St. Anthony from February 15-17. An estimated cost to play on these teams will be $1000.00 based on travel, hotel and practice ice time. (This figure may be reduced further based on both teams travelling together) The try outs fee is $60.00 and try outs will begin sometime after November 5.

The Doug Marshall Hockey league is pleased to announce the coaches for this season’s teams.

The St. John’s based team will be made up of players from the Avalon Celtics, St. John’s, Goulds and Northeast minor hockey associations. The coaches for this team will be Steve Power and Trevor Budgell. Any players interested in trying out must contact Steve at [email protected] no later than November 4th to express their interest. The Tri-Com based team will be made up of players from the CBR, Mt.Pearl, Southern Shore and Bell Island minor hockey associations. The coach for this team will be Joe Slaney and the Manager will be Gerry Wicks.
