Tracy Sullivan is a ground-breaking athlete who made a big impact on the game she loves.

After 8 years of figure skating, she put a stick in her hands at 14 and never looked back. Playing with the Southern Shore Breakers, she made her name in the game immediately.

She was a key player with the Southern Shore Girls, and she attended the female U18 Atlantics for the first of three consecutive seasons, helping her team bring home 2 silvers and a gold in those three seasons.

Tracey followed that up by playing for the province at the 1999 Canada Winter Games, finishing second on her team in scoring and winning the team’s Hard Hat award, for player who exemplifies leadership, determination, work ethic, sportsmanship, and pride in her branch.

Her next hockey adventure from 2000 to 2005 took us to St. Francis Xavier where she captained the team for three seasons, while winning the Atlantic tile for three straight years, and being named the team’s MVP in consecutive years.

She still holds several SFX team records, including most points in a single game with 8, 7 of those being goals, another record that still stands.
